This is a sour mashed 6% pale ale, where To Ol have tried to give a traditional Pale Ale an lactic acid backbone. The lactic acid brings with itself an acidity, but also a fullness that works really well with the mosaic hop, that gives clear notes of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit.
