Three plots up this thought, all located on the plateau of scrubland north of Vacqueyras. Unlike other wines, grape varieties half grenache, also gives pride to Syrah and Mourvèdre for the game. These allow to avoid the feeling of heaviness and sweetness that unfortunately sometimes accompany the wine of such volume and density in the mouth.
The palate is elevated and accomplished, with body and bouquet melting together superbly. Smooth and dry, firm yet gentle, deep and structured, this is a wine of undeniable character and grace.
Beautiful example of the varietal grape, displaying ripe red fruit such as plums and cherries, a hint of cabbage and spicy finish. Juicy, quite low in in alcohol and and very food friendly. A serious wine!
This Cahor is near black in colour and has flavours of black plum and chocolate throughout. This densely tannic wine is fruity with a level of acidity and strong wood-spice flavors.
Since the late eighteenth century, the family of the Counts Lafond has the largest and most renowned vineyards of Pouilly Fumé. Patrick Baron de Ladoucette, great grand son of Lafond Counts, continued this tradition of high quality and produced this great white wine Ladoucette, global benchmark Sauvignon. This Golden colour wine has floral, exotic and citrus fruit aromas with a fruity roudnesss that gives a nice lemony finish.
Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion wine is definitely bewitching. It possesses a great intensity that will delight you with its complexity(a mixture of red fruits) and the signature of its terroir in its empyreumatic notes (Havana cigars, chocolate, roasting, cedar wood and so on). On the palate, the wine is spherical and generous without a trace of aggressiveness. It lengthens on silky tannins, making this wine so obvious that the taster succumbs to its charm.
Purple ruby color of this wine releases an intense nose with generous aromas of smokey, cassis and fennel. Carmin Brillant offers aromas with many promises that even thrive over the years. It is full-bodied, powerful, meaty and structured.
Great producer, great region, classic complex sparkling wine from Burgundy with exotic lemon-lime fruit, brioche and pebble aromas, fruity and fresh.

Available in just few independent shops in the country, this wine shows an intriguing texture and also a flinty profile. Pungent green and a bit toasty on the nose, seasoned with cooking herbs, citrus fruits and a long finish. This Sauvignon Blanc represents the very Loire Valley style.
This wine is from the well renowned producer Jean-Claude from the Santenay region. It is a traditional Bourgogne that is well-structured with intense juicy flavours of black cherries and red berries with a firm but balanced finish.
This wine is classic Sancerre with great acidity that has superb balance to it. There is a lovely clean finish with a nose of pear drops and grassy aromas backed up by rich minerals.
This customer favourite of ours is crystal clear with green highlights and though it can be more golden from older vines, it is still soft, with a delicate nose and pleasant hints of acacia and hawthorn blossom.
Delicate and fresh in the mouth it has an excellent acid/structure balance.
