The unique and distinctive Grange style is based on ripe Shiraz fruit and stylish American oak in fine harmony. The 1992 Grange has great complexity and balance. It is powerful and rich with mouth-coating tannins.
Magill Estate Shiraz is a very important Penfolds single-vineyard
wine. It is of great symbolic importance because it is the only wine
grown and made from the remaining original vineyard (5.2 ha) in
the original Penfolds winery at Magill, established in 1844, in
Adelaide's eastern suburbs. First made in 1983, Penfolds Magill
Estate Shiraz is an elegant, medium-weight style with velvety
texture and fine tannins, matured in both new French and
American oak.
This shiraz has a ruby red colour with deep purple hues that has gorgeous perfume of forest fruits, red liquorice and powerful French oak spice on the nose. It is concentrated and generous with intense fruit, chalky tannins and a balanced length of flavour. Complexities of plum, black olives, violets and Haighs dark chocolate on the palate.
A Cabernet Merlot blend from Clare Valley. Good complexity. Taste is dark plum. Overall, a medium bodied wine with a smooth texture. Merlot adds that light sweetness.
Medium yellow grass in colour. Packed full of minerals on the nose, only to be matched by kerosene. Citrus lemon notes compliment the minerals on the palates. Good medium+ length.
Hand picked grapes from 90 year old dry grown vines were used to craft this estate grown wine which was matured in French oak barriques for 24 months. An elegant style, with fine acid and longevity in the bottle

Pale straw with a green tinge. Elegant with extraordinary complexity. Perfumes of pink grapefruit, sage, wet heated slate, beeswax, nougat, sweet patisserie and a smoked cheese note. Alive with juicy, bright acidity and a mouth-watering, taut, stone minerality. It builds in fruit flavour and complexity beyond initial belief to a long finish with enduring flavours of melon, sweet patisserie, slight lamb and dough.
Light colour, pale lemon. Toasty aroma, lemon and lime, slightly floral, orange, cinnamon. The palate has a light citrusy body enhanced by gentle notes of toast and spice that are likely to become more prominent with time.

Barossa Valley fruit. Very deep, rich purple colour. Oaky aroma, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, eucalyptus, huge intensity here. Full bodied, spicy palate, with bramble fruit. Smoky and oaky. Ripe fruit but the overall character of the wine is fairly savoury. So: lots of power, new oak, ripeness and spice
Low yields have produced a concentrated wine bright in colour, pure in fruit flavour concentration with the classic Wilyabrup cassis, violets, chocolate and ironstone. Complex aromas of well ripened dark fruits with nuances of blackcurrants, plums and mulberries dominate the nose. A fruit driven palate of blackcurrant and mulberry fruits finishes with fine grained tannins. Subtle layers of complexity arise from fruit that was harvested at the pinnacle of ripeness.
Yalumba Organic Chardonnay is pale straw in colour with green hues. The wine has aromas of peach, melon and ripe stone fruits, which are complemented by a touch of funk from the wild yeast fermented characters.
The M3 Chardonnay has evolved into a tight, refined style. It's medium-bodied and tart, with crisp acids that frame juicy citrus flavors. A subtle note of struck match marks the nose, alongside hints of orange zes
Honeysuckle, lemon rind, apricot and peach aromas mix with hints of orange blossom, cashew and ginger. The palate is rich, textured, and harmonious resulting in a luscious wine with layers of spice, citrus and apricot.
Transparent ruby light lifted florals on the nose with touch of aniseed. Delicate mouth feel but nice fruit weigh t fruit is red cherry raspberry fresh and attractive. Lacy acidity. A restrained but smooth easy drinking wine at a great price point.
