The 2016 Côtes du Ventoux from Domaine de Boissan combines Grenache and Syrah grapes. Deep colour, nose of small black fruits and undergrowth, it develops a well rounded, rich, generously fleshy mouth. Its finish gives off a most seductive bitterness. A wine ready to drink.
