Darker in color than the previous edition, Charme 2009 maintains its richness, freshness and elegance, with cherry, plums and pine needles aromas, earthy notes of mushrooms and truffles and elegant notes of tea leaves. The palate is long and fresh with good structure supported by soft tannins, mineral notes involving fruit and contributing to a very long, intense lasting finish.
This wine is from the well renowned producer Jean-Claude from the Santenay region. It is a traditional Bourgogne that is well-structured with intense juicy flavours of black cherries and red berries with a firm but balanced finish.
On the nose the wine produces an engaging repertoire of aromas, perfected by the perfume of sweet cherries and rose-water, with highlighted notes of chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Dark, densely coloured wine with blackberry and clove aromatics. The palate moves from ripe red fruits to dark plum as it opens up in the glass, exhibiting a chalkiness which balances the rich fruit attractively. Showcases the clay over limestone site from which the wine is grown.
Three plots up this thought, all located on the plateau of scrubland north of Vacqueyras. Unlike other wines, grape varieties half grenache, also gives pride to Syrah and Mourvèdre for the game. These allow to avoid the feeling of heaviness and sweetness that unfortunately sometimes accompany the wine of such volume and density in the mouth.

The mid palate offers rich cassis and black currant fruit flavors interwoven with hints of chocolate, vanilla and black pepper. It finishes with a wonderful minerality, finely grained tannins and lively acidity.
This Phenomenal wine is rested in barrel for 21 months and monitored but generally left to its own devices. The winemaking philosophy is, and always has been, to preserve the very distinct vineyard character and fruit purity along with support from new but low impact French oak. The wine was both aged in barrel and subsequently bottled with minimal sulphur. Limited.
This reserva has a deep, dark red, opaque centre that has a full bodied, textured palate, well structured tannins that is solid and dense with great potential for bottle maturation.
A Ribeira del Duero that welcomes you with a super concentration of blueberries and black fruits of all sorts, giving away to a sweet spicy mid palate to take you finally to a velvet coating mouth feel finish. The tannins are firm contributing to the structure but ripe.
A Bordeaux Blend using the classic varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. These vines were planted on carefully selected sites and took 9 years to reach maturity. The grapes were fermented whole with native yeasts and left for 5 weeks on their skins. The wine was then barrel aged for two years followed by four years of bottle maturation. This wine, rich, classic and complex, truly is a work of time. It will age well for up to 10 years.
This shiraz has a ruby red colour with deep purple hues that has gorgeous perfume of forest fruits, red liquorice and powerful French oak spice on the nose. It is concentrated and generous with intense fruit, chalky tannins and a balanced length of flavour. Complexities of plum, black olives, violets and Haighs dark chocolate on the palate.
This 2009 vintage was excellent - a fine example of benchmark Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with mulberry and red fruits, dusty tannins and subtle oak. Hand picked grapes from 80 year old dry grown vines were used to craft this estate grown wine which was matured in French oak barriques for 24 months. An elegant style, with fine acid and longevity in the bottle.

Beautiful violet colour of medium concentration. While young, is restrained in the aroma, with profoundly mineral aromas, tense and with very soft floral aroma. Well integrated wood, bringing some good smoked and iodized notes. Good volume in the mouth, with determination and with tannins that recall the schist. Acidity and fruit well combined. Long and fresh finish. A wine that will grow a lot in the bottle, although it already has a good balance.
Unanime has an intense cherry-red colour, elegant aromas of chocolate and tobacco, along with a touch of black pepper and some eshy notes. Well structured, with round tannins that blend nicely with its fresh, juicy acidity.
