Ripe wild berries, blackberry and red currant. Lively and animating character. Taste of minerality and Riesling grapeyness with an intense juicy texture that is very refreshing.
The wine shows off aromas and flavors of vineyard peaches and impresses by its raciness and finesse. It is succulent and displays high drinkability, and is most distinctly characterized by the minerality of the primitive rock soil, which suggests a long future for this.
Light green-yellow in the glass, yellow apples in the nose. The palate reveals elegance and flavour of fresh spices and a convincingly long finish with superb fruit flavours.
Delicate play of fruits reminiscent of red currants and white nougat, many details, immediately prefiguring finesse and depth, full-bodied and sprightly, above all shows fine details in spite of its power, very fine nuances, highly elegant and polished, purist premium Veltliner with great length, high storage potential.
Crisp clear, bright stonefruit. Marvellously clean scent. On the palate very light-footed, again white peach fruit, very straight and convincingly. Good density and vigour due to the vibrant acidity. The body is, according to the vintage, a little lighter, but the more elegant and enticing. In the finish surprisingly persistent. Good ageing potential.
