Yalumba The Strapper 2012

Ripe and concentrated with dark fruits, cassis and a hint of beans, green pepper and oak. Easy and approachable for the big fat ripe style lovers.

Yalumba The Signature 2012

A blend of Cabernet and Shiraz that undergoes 18 months in new oak barrels which results in a hint of mint, delicious ripe black fruit nuances and soft tannins leading to a long finish.

O'Leary Walker Wyebo Shiraz 2012

This is a juicy, powerful wine with a complex palate of blackberry and white pepper flavours.

Willunga 100 The Tithing Grenache 2013

This is a rich, complex wine with ripe tannins that give great length on the fruit.

Mount Horrocks Shiraz 2013

This Shiraz is a dark crimson purple colour with intense ripe dark fruits and some subtle spices.  Long, fine tannins round out this wine to give  a lovely finish.

Penfolds Grange Vintage 1998

Grange is both Penfolds and Australia's most famous wine and is
officially listed as a heritage icon of South Australia that demonstrates the synergy between Shiraz and the soils and climate of South Australia.
Penfolds Grange displays fully-ripe, intensely-flavoured and
textured Shiraz grapes in combination with new American oak.
The result is a unique Australian style that is now recognised as
the most consistent of the world's great wines. The Grange style
is the original and most powerful expression of Penfolds' multivineyard,
multi-district blending philosophy.

Penfolds Magill Estate

Magill Estate Shiraz is a very important Penfolds single-vineyard
wine. It is of great symbolic importance because it is the only wine
grown and made from the remaining original vineyard (5.2 ha) in
the original Penfolds winery at Magill, established in 1844, in
Adelaide's eastern suburbs. First made in 1983, Penfolds Magill
Estate Shiraz is an elegant, medium-weight style with velvety
texture and fine tannins, matured in both new French and
American oak.

O'Leary Walker Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep, rich ruby red with purple hues. Perfumed with blackcurrant cassis and a hint of cedar and spice from premium French oak.
It displays long fine grain tannins, giving it real texture and gorgeous chalkiness. The depth of rich berry fruit concentration and the length of natural acidity are generous and appealing.

Yalumba Old Bush Vine Grenache 2011

This wine surprises you from the start with quite a pale red colour that goes on to reveal a vegetal and balsamic structure, a ripe and sour red fruit mid-palate and also a smoked meat hint. Intriguing, elegant and complex.

Jansz Tasmania Sparkling N/V

Pale golden colour, plenty of big and persistent bubbles. Citrus, with a tropical fruit twist and the classic brioche yeast signature. For sure an exotic sparkling that marries well ripe exotic fruit, a mouth-watering acidity and vibrancy.

Vasse Felix Chardonnay 2013

Made out of the best Chardonnay grapes sourced in the Margareth River Region this wine challenges your skill of separating old from new world wine. It shows a citrus and yeasty nose, mineral and elegant. Resembles some of the finest Chardonnays produced in France.

Shaw+Smith M3 Chardonnay 2013

Stone fruit and citrus notes dominate the nose, and continue onto the palate. The palate shows restraint and subtlety, with flavours of lemon zest and grapefruit, with a biscuity note. There is also intensity and weight to the palate, held in check by a seam of crisp acid that keeps it fresh and tight.

The Scribbler

The 2012 Scribbler opens with floral notes of red compote berries. Very coastal aromas. Fresh palate, with a very direct line of fruit running through, with hints of cool mints and rich midpalate textures. Energetic, with a mouth coating powdery tannin finish.

Blend: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 46% Shiraz

Penfolds Grange Vintage 1992

No other red wine in Australia can rival the reputation, consistent
quality or proven development pattern of Penfolds Grange. The
pinnacle of the Penfolds red wine range - Grange is a rich, opulent,
full-bodied Shiraz, destined for a long cellar life. The winemaking
process involves great attention to detail, from selecting the best
possible grapes sourced from low-yielding, old Shiraz vines,
through to fermentation and fastidious oak maturation.
The unique and distinctive Grange style is based on ripe Shiraz
fruit and stylish American oak in fine harmony. The 1992 Grange
has great complexity and balance. It is powerful and rich with
mouth-coating tannins.

O'Leary Walker Shiraz

This shiraz has a ruby red colour with deep purple hues that has gorgeous perfume of forest fruits, red liquorice and powerful French oak spice on the nose. It is concentrated and generous with intense fruit, chalky tannins and a balanced length of flavour. Complexities of plum, black olives, violets and Haighs dark chocolate on the palate.
