Yalumba The Strapper 2012

Ripe and concentrated with dark fruits, cassis and a hint of beans, green pepper and oak. Easy and approachable for the big fat ripe style lovers.

Yalumba The Signature 2012

A blend of Cabernet and Shiraz that undergoes 18 months in new oak barrels which results in a hint of mint, delicious ripe black fruit nuances and soft tannins leading to a long finish.

O'Leary Walker Wyebo Shiraz 2012

This is a juicy, powerful wine with a complex palate of blackberry and white pepper flavours.

Mount Horrocks Shiraz 2013

This Shiraz is a dark crimson purple colour with intense ripe dark fruits and some subtle spices.  Long, fine tannins round out this wine to give  a lovely finish.

Penfolds Grange Vintage 1998

Grange is both Penfolds and Australia's most famous wine and is
officially listed as a heritage icon of South Australia that demonstrates the synergy between Shiraz and the soils and climate of South Australia.
Penfolds Grange displays fully-ripe, intensely-flavoured and
textured Shiraz grapes in combination with new American oak.
The result is a unique Australian style that is now recognised as
the most consistent of the world's great wines. The Grange style
is the original and most powerful expression of Penfolds' multivineyard,
multi-district blending philosophy.

Penfolds Magill Estate

Magill Estate Shiraz is a very important Penfolds single-vineyard
wine. It is of great symbolic importance because it is the only wine
grown and made from the remaining original vineyard (5.2 ha) in
the original Penfolds winery at Magill, established in 1844, in
Adelaide's eastern suburbs. First made in 1983, Penfolds Magill
Estate Shiraz is an elegant, medium-weight style with velvety
texture and fine tannins, matured in both new French and
American oak.

Shaw+Smith M3 Chardonnay 2013

Stone fruit and citrus notes dominate the nose, and continue onto the palate. The palate shows restraint and subtlety, with flavours of lemon zest and grapefruit, with a biscuity note. There is also intensity and weight to the palate, held in check by a seam of crisp acid that keeps it fresh and tight.

Penfolds Grange Vintage 1992

No other red wine in Australia can rival the reputation, consistent
quality or proven development pattern of Penfolds Grange. The
pinnacle of the Penfolds red wine range - Grange is a rich, opulent,
full-bodied Shiraz, destined for a long cellar life. The winemaking
process involves great attention to detail, from selecting the best
possible grapes sourced from low-yielding, old Shiraz vines,
through to fermentation and fastidious oak maturation.
The unique and distinctive Grange style is based on ripe Shiraz
fruit and stylish American oak in fine harmony. The 1992 Grange
has great complexity and balance. It is powerful and rich with
mouth-coating tannins.

O'Leary Walker Shiraz

This shiraz has a ruby red colour with deep purple hues that has gorgeous perfume of forest fruits, red liquorice and powerful French oak spice on the nose. It is concentrated and generous with intense fruit, chalky tannins and a balanced length of flavour. Complexities of plum, black olives, violets and Haighs dark chocolate on the palate.
