Distinctly Oregon, yet almost Burgundian in its smooth attack, this Pinot has perfumed red fruit, distinctive soft, ripe tannin and a silky mineral finish. Fermented with wild yeast and handled gently, (30% new French oak, the rest 1-5 years old), it was aged for 18 months in a cool cellar before bottling.
This Californian Zinfandel has aromas of cherry cola and raspberry with hints of white pepper and vanilla oak. On the palate, bright red fruit flavors and acidity are followed by a juicy mid-palate and a soft, round mouth feel and a long finish.
This Zinfandel has bright aromas of red currant, raspberry, black tea and baking spices followed by rich flavors of rhubarb pie, fresh cherries and hints of milk toffee and Medjool dates.
